I am really glad you found me!

Welcome.

I’ve been on this personal development path for around 20 years now. I started on with books such as The Alchemist – Paulo Coelho, Think and Grow Rich – Napolean Hill and The Secret- Rhonda Byrne. I always had this innate feeling that things were not quite what they seem in the world and that we had a bit more power than we were taught to believe.

Fast forward 15 years or so and after giving birth to two beautiful girls and dedicating some time to look after them, I had a calling (for want of a better term), a deep desire to help children who were suffering with anxiety and depression. I started to notice a rise in children whom were struggling and began to seek courses and ways in which I could work with helping them somehow, it would seem the universe wanted the same thing. After a chance meeting with a friend who casually mentioned that her sister was doing a Relax Kids course in the UK and that I would be perfect for it. Thank you universe.

A few years later, I found myself not only working with children and teens but also with adults. I became accredited in Mindfulness, I went on two wonderful meditation retreats with Dr Joe Dispenza and then added another string to my bow when I became a PSYCH-K® facilitator. I had never heard of this modality previously but again it seemed the universe wanted me on this particular path because it all came about extremely serendipitously and of course, Dr Bruce Lipton (who writes about this modality in his book – The Biology of Belief) is good friends with Dr Joe Dispenza.

I’ve witnessed some miraculous shifts and changes occur as a result of me facilitating these sessions. It’s not really something I take credit for either, it’s all about empowering my clients. I incorporate the wonderful Law of Attraction teachings and mindfulness and meditation techniques, case by case. It’s a real inside/out approach. If you want to take your power back then this is definitely for you!

My children’s private sessions are tailored after consultation and involve fun and games all based in emotional intelligence and mindfulness. I have facilitated many relaxation techniques in schools, hospitals, in the community and privately, as well as developing now some of my own programs. Having struggled with anxiety myself as a teenager, I know these skills and techniques work and my passion to get these techniques out to the world and make a difference to the well being of our children and families, is a driving force to a better way of living. I advocate to reframe thought patterns at an early age rather than mental health intervention in the later years.

It wasn’t really my intention to awaken when I set out along this path but when you start meditating yourself and deprogramming, this seems to have been a natural result. This allows me to work with clients in an intuitive way now that was never previously available.

My aim is for people to shift to a new paradigm and reach a better way of ‘being’. The greatest achievement to date would be that of reaching goals that are set for your mind, body and in turn soul which brings a balance of life and being together to create your best self.

A new paradigm can be accessed through utilising my services at older ages for a deeper level of understanding and appreciation of ‘being’ over ‘doing’.
Let’s be honest, life is tough. Thoughts are judgmental and negative most of the time and most of us are feeling lost. We all need that extra help from time to time.
